lessons offer a great opportunity for a student to have
individual help with Parelli topics of their choice.
*A focused workshop is a group
lesson on a specific topic which will be a combination of the
participants' choice and what I feel necessary based on my
observations of the group.
*Travel Expenses: There is
no additional fee for travel inside a ten mile radius of the
Bentonville area. I charge $0.50 per mile round trip for
distances outside the Bentonville area plus any hotel, boarding
or flight expenses. The travel expenses or Arena fees will be
divided up among the participants. |

| Get
Started, Get Safe: Level 1 |
| Level 1 is where all
true 'horse savvy' begins... It creates a positive balance of
trust and respect, eliminating many common problems and safety
issues people encounter with horses.
Pat's Level 1 Partnership Program
is focused entirely on helping you, step-by-step, to develop the
kind of trust and respect that will positively impact everything
you do with your horse.
You'll learn to play The Seven
Games, break down the prey-predator barrier, create a language
with which to communicate with your horse, and teach your horse
on the ground the things you want him to understand when you are
on his back.
You'll develop natural riding
dynamics by riding with one rein, with focus, and with the
Carrot Stick in preparation for Level 2. These are the first
building blocks for a great independent seat.

Beginning Level 1
Clinic: A level 1 clinic is usually for entry level students
with a focus on basic skills and safety. We will cover Prey
animal psychology, opposition reflex, the Seven Games, the five
zones, and other fundamentals for learning to communicate with
your horse.
Advanced Level 1/Level 2 Prep
Clinic: This clinic will give you more information and
techniques to assist you in obtaining Level 1. We will start
playing with more advanced ground skills and start to play the
Seven Games with obstacles, riding with a focus, gait
transitions, and much more. |
| Confident: Level 2 |
| In Level 2 you will
begin a journey that develops your confidence and independence
with horses, learning advanced notions around reading horse
behavior and using psychology to help horses want to do things
with and for you.
Level 2 branches into the Four
Savvy's of Parelli and teaches you phenomenal things with
horses, from the magic of playing at Liberty to riding as one
with true Harmony.
No matter what Level you are
currently studying, you'll discover more strategies and new
information.

Beginning Level 2
Clinic: In this clinic we will start to focus on
intermediate skills like the use of longer lines, Liberty,
Positive Reflexes, Impulsion Concepts and Techniques to achieve
Harmony with your horse.
Time spent in the clinic will be
1/2 groundwork and 1/2 riding each day. You will now be winning
the seven games on the 12' line and will learn how to ask for
more on the 22' line. Learn how on line leads to liberty. The
riding portion of the clinic will explore freestyle transitions
and change of direction. Riders will also get an introduction to
the Impulsion Program and will learn why impulsion is required
before you ask for finesse!
Advanced Level 2
Clinic:
The Advanced Level 2 Clinic will explore all four savvies of
Level 2. We will review the on-line sections and introduce
Liberty. We will also cover more advanced freestyle riding, the
impulsion program and finesse. It's about emotional development
for your partnership with your horse. We will spend half of the
day on the ground improving our On-line and Liberty skills, and
the other half of the day will be focused on Freestyle Riding
and the Beginnings of Finesse. |
